He healeth the broken in heart

The same psalm that says God counts the stars also says He binds up wounds. The God who holds the universe is not too busy for your heart.

Healing after loss is rarely quick, and it is not the same as forgetting. A bound wound is still a wound, but it is cared for, protected and given time.

Bring Him the parts of your grief that you have not said aloud to anyone. He is gentle with broken things.
